The Beauty of Pre-Boarding

I just read an article the other day telling parents to not take advantage of pre-boarding when they travel with kids. The reasons listed boiled down to the less time your kids are on the plane the better.

Honestly, we found pre boarding to be fantastic. This is why we loved it and always took advantage of it when it was offered:

  1. It gave us a way to make sure we had enough overhead compartment space for our luggage.
  2. It also gave us time to get settled onto the flight and not have to squeeze between other passengers.
  3. We could get our kids into their seats, comfortable, and settled before the rest of the passengers began to pile in.
