I have been working hard to put together an image and poetry based journal I have entitled Soul Cries: A Journal. I have taken many of the poems from my original book: Soul Cries: A Book of Poems and attached some of my favorite images I have captured throughout our travels and added lots of space for journaling and self-reflection. My hope is to capture the beauty found around the world and pair it with words and prayers in order to awaken the soul. May you be inspired to write, think deeply, pray, or become increasingly more aware of what your soul might be whispering to you.
Jennie lives in Southern California with her husband and four children. She loves to travel, write poetry, and be by the water. She received a certificate of the Bible through Torchbearers Bible School, attended Hope International University for her undergrad, received a certificate in Spiritual Formation through the Apprentice Experience at Friends University, and a Masters degree in Pastoral Studies.
